From Wikipedia: M-22 is a state trunkline highway in the US state of Michigan that follows the Lake Michigan shoreline of the Leelanau Peninsula, making up a portion of theLake Michigan Circle Tour. It also passes through the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Leelanau County, the county outlined by M-22, is my absolute favorite getaway spot. I spent summers there growing up and have continued to escape to this gorgeous place every time I have a free weekend. Inspired by the beauty of Northern Michigan and the passion that locals and tourists share for the place, I decided to create a series of logo marks for various locations around the county.
